Agreement
By using this website or booking services with Christie's Cleaning LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services in Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania, and portions of Caroline and King George, Virginia. The specific scope, schedule, and price for each engagement are set out in a Quote/Work Order and, where applicable, a signed Client/Cleaner Agreement. Our detailed operating policies are described on our Policies & Procedures page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Quotes, scheduling & cancellations
Quotes are based on the information you provide. Significant differences in actual conditions may require an adjusted quote. Cancellations, rescheduling, and lock-outs are governed by our Policies & Procedures, including notice requirements and any applicable fees.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged in writing. Accepted payment methods are specified on the invoice. Late or unpaid invoices may be subject to fees as described in our Policies.
Access & safety
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the property during scheduled appointments and to disclose any conditions that may affect cleaning or safety (for example, pets, biohazards, security systems, or fragile items). We may decline or pause service if conditions present a risk to our team.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christie's Cleaning LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our services. Direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Claims for damage to property must be reported within 48 hours of the appointment so we can investigate and respond.
